We offer comfortable and affordable self-catering cabins, permanent canvas tents, powered and unpowered campsites, and the best-stocked general store on the island! Sheltered behind the dunes 6 km north of the famous Maheno Shipwreck, our tree-studded grounds offer a comfortable, relaxed and friendly oasis from which to enjoy the magic of Fraser Island.
We Stayed in the Permanent Double Room Tent
These tents have either 1 x double and 2 x single sprung mattresses, or 4 x single sprung mattresses. Please specify at time of booking which option you require. Linen is available for an additional fee. Tents have an internal light and an external power point (limited to 4 amps). This is sufficient to operate your own fridge/freezer, fan, battery charger etc. It is not capable of operating kettles or toasters (these are provided in our camp kitchens), air conditioners, heaters etc.
